The spicy salami is a medium-aged cured meat characterized by coarse grain from the best Italian pork. Available in two ways: full and half sizes.
Highly-selected spicy salami meticulously prepared with the best selected pork meats, seasoned and with the addition of natural flavors and chilli that give a unique, decisive and pleasantly spicy flavor.
Lean salami with a coral red color, a peculiarity given to it by the chilli pepper during the processing of the dough.

Spicy salami is exquisite eaten with good wood-fired or toaste bread. Delicacy in combination with grilled or sautéed vegetables or perhaps with typical cheeses from the Marche region.
Excellent to serve as an appetizer or aperitif. A quick but tasty recipe is salami slices with spreadable cheese on top. A right mix of spicy and freshness. If, on the other hand, you want to show off your gastronomic skills and amaze your friends, you can prepare really beautiful and irresistible second courses.
