Salame magrone is a thin cured meat. Consistent and compact, with its typical red color, the color of the genuineness of selected and processed lean meats. Available in two ways: full and half sizes.
"Salame magrone" is a product made with selected lean meats of ham and pork shoulder. After being minced with a very thin mold, the meats are salted and flavored as the best tradition requires. Once matured, the lean salami is consistent, fragrant and with a beautiful red color.
The peculiarity of the product is that it is very lean as the fat part reaches only a small percentage.
As they say in our dialect…Lu salame detto magrone è sottile, consistente e c'ha lu tipico colore rosciu. Fattu da carni magre è un prodotto sano, che non rovina la dieta.
