The marchigiano soft salami is a soft paste product born from the combination of fine meats. The finely mixed lard and pork meat make it tasty and delicate at the same time. Available in 4 sizes: family, giant, whole size and half size. The giant variant is distinguished from the other formats by its larger diameter.
From the combination of fine shoulder meats, bacon and pork cheek that harmonize in perfect balance, a unique product is born, with a special taste.
Distinguishing feature: highly spreadable. The soft salami from the Marche is a cured meat where both texture and taste are characterized by softness. In fact, the pasta is so creamy that it almost allows the slice to melt in the mouth. A salami where you can savor all the sense of good Marche cuisine.

The best way to consume this soft salami is spread it on bread.
We advise you to cut the slices about half a centimeter thick and spread them on the bread, even better if it is homemade, wood-fired or just toasted. Also excellent in a mixed platter of cold cuts.
