There are many dishes and combinations that can be made with "lonza alla contadina".
Its inviting appearance makes it particularly appetizing even on its own. But if you want to prepare appetizers or delicious aperitifs, we recommend a different and innovative recipe: the ""multi-level"" mini sandwiches. What does it consist of? Easy! You take a slice of bread, put a piece of lonza on it, close it with another slice of bread and on top of it another piece of lonza and so on ... at the end cut everything and stick it with a toothpick to make it more compact.
