The meat is salted with the addition of aromatic herbs and spices, massaged and set aside, then dried and cured for about 30 days. The flavor is a great balance between sweetness and the scent of herbs and spices.

Striped bacon with herbs is very versatile in the kitchen, perfect for recipes of all kinds and to accompany especially appetizers and aperitifs!
Our suggestion is to cut the bacon into very fine slices, roll them up and finally tie them with the chives. In the center it can be decorated with sprigs of rosemary and all served in small transparent trays. A quick appetizer/aperitif to prepare, but very tasty and beautiful to look at!
