The egg-free wholemeal noodle goes perfectly with any seasoning. Try the Mojà tagliatella al ciauscolo PGI.
For good cooking we recommend using at least 3 liters of water for 250 g of pasta. Bring to a boil, add salt and dip the product, mix lightly. For 6/7 min al dente cooking, sauté in a pan for 4/5 min.
